Shamanic Energy Medicine is deep soul healing, awakening and reclaiming.
By connecting with our truth, medicine, wisdom and magic we begin to show up differently for ourselves and the world… and together we weave something new.
On this journey together, we connect with your inner power, strength and spirit team as we begin to clear away those old stories and structures, pain and fears and recover more light, magic and wisdom lying underneath!
We begin with the questioning portion of the session where we work with your wise subconscious mind to bring up what we are here to work with, clear and heal. Your wise self reveals what you’re now ready to witness and transform.
We then move into the healing portion of the session which is lead by spirit. We start by connecting with our hearts and begin healing what we uncover at this landscape of the soul.
Here you will be able to witness your old patterns and behaviors and be given the opportunity to make a different choice, and heal. Remembering your truth and reclaiming this magic, wisdom, and light for you! We become an embodiment of this medicine in our lives. Sending ripples of light and healing throughout time and space, retuning back to the present moment, empowered.

I had my first session with Kayla in early November. In all honesty, I was quite uncertain about what would happen and even if it would be worth my time to explore energy healing.
